您可以參照如下步驟打開Windows Update組策略，進行查看和驗證。

打開 運行。

輸入 gpedit.msc。

在 本地組策略編輯器 中，依次打開 計算機配置 > 管理模板 > Windows 組件 > Windows Update。

1、網絡可能有點問題

2、Windows Update這個程序可能沒有打開

3、Background Intelligent Transfer Service沒有打開

解決辦法：在運行（Win+R）那里輸入“services.msc”找到這兩個程序，檢查一下有沒有啟動！

如果不行可以試著將他們兩個關閉，然后在c:\windows，把SoftwareDistribution文件夾下的文件給清理了，或者改名，重新打開Windows Update和Background Intelligent Transfer Service
